Zaed M. Billah
Zaed Billah joined Kenyon & Kenyon’s New York office as an associate in 2006. His work focuses primarily on patent litigation in the electrical and mechanical arts. His litigation responsibilities include taking depositions, writing briefs, consulting technical experts, and preparing inventors and fact witnesses for deposition. His recent litigations involved a wide range of technologies, including electronic merchandise security and display systems; video and image processing; microprocessor-based software; and optical drive hardware.
Mr. Billah received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D., cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center.
