Kenyon is a recognized leader in trademark clearance and opinion work, conducting more than four times as many online searches, and rendering more opinions than any other US firm (as reported by Thomson & Thomson). We use an advanced, multi-level search strategy, which we designed specifically to identify potentially problematic third-party references early in the search process. When potentially problematic third-party references or uses are revealed, we conduct investigations and provide detailed search reports to advise clients on responses appropriate to each situation. Kenyon is an industry leader in knockout screening searches, using the SAEGIS database from Thomson CompuMark. During the past three years, we have conducted an average of 20,000 screening searches per year.
