Kenyon, acting for our client, JetBlue Airways, successfully opposed an application for registration of the mark PACIFIC BLUE filed by Pacific Blue Holdings Pty. Ltd., an affiliate of the Virgin Group, in a Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceeding. After considerable motion practice and discovery, Pacific Blue withdrew its application, resulting in a Dismissal with Prejudice in favor of JetBlue. Opposition no. 91176517 (2007).
