Kenyon successfully represented Walmart in an ICANN case concerning eight Domain Names. The complaint was filed with the World Intellectual Property Organization. The Administrative Panel ordered that all of the disputed Doman Names be transferred to Walmart and found that the Domain Names registered by the Respondent were identical or confusingly similar to several Walmart trademarks and service marks. The Panel also found that the Respondent had no rights or legitimate interests in the disputed Domain Names, and that the disputed Domain Names had both been registered and used in bad faith.
