Kenyon & Kenyon successfully represented Sony Electronics Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, dismissing the patent claims by Wireless Agents, LLC against our client with prejudice. While other defendants still remain in the case or paid to settle the case, our dismissal was granted without any payment to plaintiff.
