Robert V. Cerwinski
Robert Cerwinski became associated with Kenyon & Kenyon in 1997. Since joining the firm, his practice has focused on biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent litigation.
Mr. Cerwinski's technical background is in cellular and molecular biology, and he wrote his thesis in the areas of biophysics and protein chemistry. Before pursuing a career in law, he worked for a major Japanese pharmaceutical company in Tokyo assisting with the prosecution of patents for biotechnology products.
