New York, NY - May 7, 2008 -  Kenyon & Kenyon LLP  partner Michelle Mancino Marsh has been selected as one of the best intellectual property attorneys in the United States under  age 45 in IP Law and Business magazine’s  “Top 50 Under 45 ” list that was published in May 2008.

Ms. Marsh was selected, in part, for her string of state and federal court victories in 2007 and 2008 in the ‘famous marks” doctrine” case on behalf of  her client, Punchgini, Inc.  She practices in the areas of trademark and copyright law, unfair competition, trade secrets, Internet law, as well as business method and design patents.
