The firm was one of only three firms appearing on lists for both leading patent litigators and leading patent prosecutors in the survey.
The publication used the Thomson Litigation and IP Monitor for the law firm research. The 50 most innovative companies list is based on a list compiled by BusinessWeek and the Boston Consulting Group.
