New York, April 15, 2009 - Kenyon & Kenyon LLP is pleased to announce that the firm's Silicon Valley office has been officially certified as a Bay Area Green Business by the County of Santa Clara. To become a Green Business the office "implemented measures to reduce waste, conserve energy and water and prevent pollution in accordance with the Green Business Program standards." The Bay Area Green Business Program was developed by local governments in collaboration with US EPA, Cal EPA Department of Toxic Substances Control and the business community. Along with the recognition comes a commitment to not only maintain but exceed environmental regulations.
