Press Release
New York, NY - May 6, 2009 - Kenyon & Kenyon LLP ranked in the top 10 percent of over 200 participating US law firms in the Diversity Scorecard, published in the Minority Law Journal's Summer issue. Kenyon's rank jumped from 15% last year. The Diversity Scorecard revised its rankings this year "to stress the importance of hiring and promoting minority attorneys to partnership positions."
In order to show the full picture of diversity at US law firms, the publication also published a separate ranking of minority partners. Kenyon rounded out the top ten firms listed with the highest percentage of minority partners.
The Minority Law Journal invited over 250 of the largest and highest-grossing US law firms, from the AmLaw 200 and NLJ 250 to participate in the survey.
