February 25, 2010, New York, NY - Law360 has reported on the case MHL Tek LLC v. Nissan Motor Co. et al in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Judge T. Ward granted summary judgment of noninfringement to several defendant automakers. The patent infringement case concerned tire pressure sensory technology.
