Washington, DC, April 16 -- Kenyon & Kenyon has been named Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year for the United States by the respected publication,
Managing Intellectual Property, one of three awards won by the firm at the magazine’s North American Awards ceremony held here on April 15.
Kenyon was also named Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year for the Northeast United States. The firm was also recognized with the Strength in Diversity Award.
In addition, partner James E. Rosini, head of Kenyon & Kenyon’s Trademark, Copyright and Design Practice Group, was one of only five attorneys nominated for the 2010 Intellectual Property Practitioner of the Year Award.
