Global Competition Review is pleased to anounce the publication of Getting the Deal Through: Patents 2004, a new addition to the Getting the Deal Through series.  It will be launched at the 126th Annual Meeting of The International Trademark Association in Atlanta, Georgia, USA (1st - 5th May, 2004).  The publication addresses the key concerns of corporations and their counsel when navigating international patent rights.  A universal questionnaire, devised in collaboration with Charles Brainard and Stuart J. Sinder of Kenyon & Kenyon, was completed by leading lawyers from each participating jurisdiction.
